The sports supplement is also known as ergogenic acids. You can get these products without prescription over the counter. These supplements are thought to be as the dietary supplement. Some of the prescription medications and medicines over- the-counter that includes anabolic steroids, is used for enhancing the performance, but are not thought to be as supplements.
Along with sports supplements, sports nutrition is equally important. An athlete needs a nutrition that supplies high-quality energy to the working muscles, to exercise consistently. The best way of doing this is to eat balanced breakfast and throughout the day, continue eating various high-quality foods. Carbohydrate is the fuel in the form of glycogen to make exercises possible. Hence, each day adequate carbohydrates should be eaten. Fat and protein should be also consumed daily. Hence, a general sports diet should include combination of fat, protein and carbohydrate. You can also check your calories count for creating a profile and analyzing your diet, if you are not sure about your diet.
