The RHUB appliance has been released in several models: TM-200, TM-250E,TM-550,TM-600,TM-800,TM-100. They use only 4.3 watts of power and approximately sized like a SOHO router. RHUB has a license-per-use policy., which means that concurrently hosted meetings in a single meeting room are charged accordingly. The licensing is activated when the meeting room is activated and attending join the internet conferencing. In the Remote access mode, licensing fees aren’t charged as a meeting is in progress but there’s no attendee.
When a single user starts a meeting or conference and an attendee joins, then the license is used. Each model of the RHUB has been configured for specific number of meetings. A TM-200 has a default setting for 2 meeting rooms and 10 concurrent users. What this means is that with one remote access license fee a meeting can be initiated and 10 attendees can join, lowering licensing fee. The license for the webinar host or the online meeting initiator license is initiated the number of concurrent users able to join depend on the default meeting rooms available on the appliance.
To use the RHUB appliance efficiently, use 1 registered user-logon, pay for the use and add-on employees as attendees, becoming a productive organization. Audio conferencing service is also available on the RHUB web appliance which can be used along with web conferencing.
